SIM Port fault
Bought my spark 20 pro plus last week Friday and activated for trial use. After 2 days of use trial, I ejected the SIM tray to add a second SIM, only for the SIM insertion to become a challenge.Took it to Carl Care Services to fix only to be diagnosed of a damage fault hence the need for a new SIM Port/Charging Port Assemblage. Part not readily available hence resought to ordering.
